Arducam B0205 1080P Day & Night Vision USB Camera Case

Description

This is a case for the [Arducam 1080P Day & Night Vision USB Camera Module](https://www.arducam.com/product/b0205-arducam-1080p-day-night-vision-usb-camera-module-for-computer-2mp-automatic-ir-cut-switching-all-day-image-usb2-0-webcam-board-with-ir-leds/) (SKU: B0205) which is great for Octoprint if you don't want to use a ribbon cable. It's made out of 3 parts and requires no supports to print. It comes with a GoPro-compatible mount that also works great with the [Modular Mounting System Arms](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4861050). You can remix this design using the STEP files in the downloads section or directly [edit in Onshape](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5d21837a02fea82748379a24/w/7c24e439a51abf0e7635428d/e/8559ebd3d975a8d85a00ac6d). ### Required Hardware - 4 x M2x20mm screws (longer works too but it will stick out the back) - 4 x M2 hex nuts ### Print Settings Use any material such as PLA. There isn't much heat coming from the camera. Use 2 or 3 perimeters and about 15% infill. 0.2mm layer height is fine. Orient the parts as shown below. ![slicer image](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/0a/7a/8a/97/00/large_display_Arducam_Case_Slicer.png) ### Post Printing & Assembly Using a 5mm drill bit, clean out the holes for the infra red LEDs if necessary. Use a 2mm drill bit to clean out the screw holes if necessary. Assemble the parts according to the exploded view below. Be careful when threading the LEDs through the holes. ![exploded view image](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/b3/e9/d8/d9/50/large_display_Arducam_Case_Exploded_Render.png)
