Klingon D'k Tahg Knife
Description
The original model is a thing of beauty that no self-respecting Klingon should be without. But the handle required supports which then took a while to remove and clean up. And I'm lazy. So I recreated the handle and the hilt to avoid supports. I also replaced the thumb switch for the side blades (since it's just decorative) with the Klingon insignia. All these pieces are scaled down about 10% from the original model, so you cannot mix-and-match. I also created a sheath with a belt clip so the knife could be worn for cosplay. The knife stays securely in the sheath; it won't fall out even if worn/carried upside down. The sheath has a cutaway down the center so you can zip-tie the knife to the sheath if you are at a Con or other venue which requires all cosplay weapons to be secured. (Plus I think it looks cool!)
