RevReaper Picatinny Pump
Description
This is a replacement pump grip for the Nerf Zombie Strike RevReaper. It attaches with 2 m5x35mm screws and 2 m5 hex nuts. Files should be oriented for printing and should not need supports (print with the angled back side on the bed). I have also uploaded a second file with the Zombie Strike logo embedded, but I have not test printed this version yet. Instructions: 1. Unscrew and remove the old grip. 2. Slide this piece over and align the holes with the internal holes. 3. Insert 2 m5 hex nuts into their hexagonal recesses 4. Drive 2 m5x35mm screws through, making sure they are secure in the opposing m5 hex nuts. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN (the screws should sit flush or near flush with the edge of the nuts). 5. Attach your picatinny grip of preference to the rail. Note: The slot for pumping the blaster is basically the same size as the screws, so it may feel a bit sticky or tight to fire the blaster at first. You can either lightly sand these surfaces down or just fire a few magazines through the blaster and let the m5 screws do the sanding for you. After about 36 shots mine felt "normal" again. 2nd Note: The piece in the cover picture was a test print with 3 holes (and no logos). The middle hole is no longer present in the final version, but it is otherwise functionally the same as the uploaded files.
