Daisy Cutter 8 Mini PTFE Rifled Barrel Attachment

Hi everyone! This is my Daisy Cutter Mini rifled barrel attachment for high fps sealed breach modded nerf and other foam flinging blasters (150-250fps) JUST 5/8 BARREL OPTION FOR NOW. OTHER BARREL FITMENTS WILL BE TESTED UPDATED AND INCLUDED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. This attachment uses 1/8 inch teflon rod that is tapered (by hand before install) for smooth dart entry and minimal loss in velocity while imparting spin on the dart for increased accuracy. I designed the portion that slips over the barrel to fit snug and airtight and I also designed the ptfe rod channels to accept the rods with careful hand pressure but secure enough not to fall out. Find the 1/8 ptfe/teflon rod here: https://www.mcmaster.com/8546K31/ This Print is EXTREMELY finicky to printer and print settings so you may want to print a section of the rifled portion and the barrel portion to make sure your rods are fitting and will fit your barrel. Printing in different colors of the same brand of filament would sometimes give me fitment issues, Yikes. Initial testing with this short bit of rifling with my modded 10" barrel Nexus Pro went from 200fps average to 193fps average with an increase of accuracy of 6ft to 2ft dart pattern at 100ft (using AF Pro Darts) but your mileage may vary depending on blaster specs plunger volumes etc etc etc. Cheers and good luck!
