FPV monitor for Taranis QX7
Description
This is a simple conversion of a 4.3" monitor to FPV screen. You may find them as "rear camera car monitor" on aliexpress and ebay. This monitor works by getting AV split signal from FPV googles via simple 3.5mm jack (Foxconn). In order to make it standalone I added 1800mAh battery from mobile phone and tp4056 charging module. Circuit powers up with a simple switch as on photo. Hinges are made for M4 bolts with nylon lock nuts. Hinges are mounted on a remote with 4 screws for plastic. Currently there is a problem with the firmware of the screen. My screen turns off after loosing signal or after getting a lot of noise in the picture and you have to flip the switch to reactivate it. I'm waiting for EEPROM programmer to fix it and I will add fixed firmware ASAP.
