Spool holder replacement, on Snapmaker enclosure (specific)

Spool holder replacement, on Snapmaker enclosure (specific)

Description

These parts are customized to be able to install filament spool on the Snapmaker 2.0 enclosure (probably works on SM original too) instead of on its side. I did not have enough space between the enclosure and my wall to install the spool without having to unscrew the holder pin. Because of my back pain, I had to find a quick solution. I first printed the bases from this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2905504 and replaced the bearing by the part someone put in the link's comments (file named cylinder_wheel). As I did not trust the base enough to let the printer work unsupervised, I decided to add something to prevent the spool from moving and causing a disaster. I saw something to keep the spool approx on the same axis as the holder pin on thingiverse and edited it : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2070272 (short + nut) to be able to lock it with the holder end screw, and used a part to replace the bearings : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3340993 (Adapteur_sans_roulement_V3 only). I also designed a part to be used as an adapter to link the original holder to the enclosure. The new part uses the original M4 screws to be fixed to the enclosure and the holder is bolted with this part. I used #8-32x3/4 screws, but metric or smaller dia screws can be used if wanted. With this adapter, I install the holder and pin towards the enclosure. I also designed a plate and pins to fix the two bases on it. As the bases holes are not symmetrical (and I did not want to remix, then reprint those parts and waste material), I had to design oblong holes and it is important to insert pins from the bottom of the plates (because of the brim-like at the bottom of the pin). You can also replace those pins by screws and make the thread with those screws (I did the pins because I did not have those screws). [you can also remix the bases holes and my plate holes if you want]. I also designed a part to solve the overhanging problem over the 45° of the enclosure structure corner.
