Raspberry Pi 4 1U rack-mount bracket for 10" switch
Description
To save my rack size, I have created an enclosure, that fits two Raspberry PI computers next to 10” switch, replacing standard brackets/adapters. This one fits my TP-Link TL-SG1024D switch replacing original brackets and fitting it’s screws. Please find screwing diagram in photos. Raspberries are cooled with 10mm fan mounted in the rear, enforcing air flow. I recoment installing at least one fan, as the switch has cooling vents on the side. I have used z standard hat to connect power. I’m using IRF9540N transistor to protect RPI from reverse power connection. Printing • You need one bracket and one ear • No support needed during printing, unless you need perfect bridges • For better durability, I have printed with 60% infill • Original design was ready to be mounted on left side of the switch. To have left version, simply mirror the part in your slicer • Printed with PLA on my Ender 3 Pro with standard quality • The drawers should slide easily, with minimal resistance. If you have troubles sliding the drawer, scale it down a bit during printing Mounting • I have used original screws delivered with the switch to link switch with the enclosure • Standard rack mount screws are used to attach to rack rails
