Arrow 16 Mount (CR-10 V3 Titan Drive)
Description
After continued issues with heat creep, bed adhesion and various other from the OEM mount I started trying others designs to find a solution I liked. There wasn’t anything that was designed specifically for the V3. So I started from scratch, taking inspiration from others This is the Arrow 16 mount for the Creality CR-10 V3 reusing the following stock hardware: - E3D Titan Direct drive extruder - Micro-Swiss hotend - 5015 high velocity blower fan - 40 x 40mm hotels fan And adding a BLTouch V3.1 Hot End Mount - 3 point mounting to shuttle plate to ensure securely fastened and remains square to the bed - Blind nut cavities limiting the need for using threads in the print - Extruder anti rotation pins - Rear mounted part blower fan - Low profile ring cooler Clamp - BL touch set at design gap height - Lefthand side BLTouch mount. - Hot End fan mount Fan Grill - I wanted it to look fancy….
