There are 8 holes to fit 10mm x 2mm magnet (https://www.amazon.com/FINDMAG-100Pieces-Magnetic-Whiteboard-Refrigerator/dp/B07CNBSMDZ/), which can hold the monitor in place on the wall. And it can be quickly released if needed. The mount can be installed by 4 picture frame hanging nails, no drilling is necessary.
