USED WITHOUT PERMISSION. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- source: Dead or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation this one was a real doozie, as hazel used to say. i started restoring her from her Lei costume last august but later realized that her breast contours were less accurate than her 5-star valkyrie outfit. so this model is composed of 2 or 3 different models stitched together. a lot of vertex smoothing (manual and automatic) went into this model, but when you get to a point where you either have to ADD or REMOVE edge loops, you're gonna get artifacts no matter what. i can't seem to find her eyebrows, but i'll look again later. her hair is a disaster at the back since there is no way to smooth 2 solids together for a seamless transition without combining them into one. her rotation is approximate, the mirroring is correct and so is the skew. lots of work went into this one, but it'll never be perfect. if someone has any ideas about workflow and technique to blend the hair solids together, do let me know... i know i left a nasty one above her left ear. once i find the eyebrows, i'll fix her up some more.
