BMW F7/800GS Headlight Caps
Description
This fits on the headlamp body of F700GS and F800GS. If you installed aftermarket LED bulbs that has a heatsink in the back these caps extend to allow room for them. High beam and Low beam caps are different. The fit on the High beam is especially tight. Please note there there is an asymmetrical cutout inside the cup to allow the wires to pass. The parts were printed with PETG filament. The parts DEFINITELY NEED SUPPORTS!!! Include supports on both the build plate and on part. These caps use the sealing gasket from the original part. Remember to give it a little bit of compatible lube to reduce friction. The printed parts are a bit compromised for strength at the extremities.
