Ultimate Bowden PTFE Tube Clamp (no slip and rotation)
Description
This clamp should enhance any standard G1/8 (M10) fitting for 4mm PTFE tubes. It is able to hold any spinning / slipping / moving back and forth tubes. If the tube moves, it can both damage itself being cut with the teeth of a fitting and affect print quality, as you need to set greater retractions. If you have such a problem, this part will do it right without overtightening the tube.
For one fitting you will need:

print two parts, as one is just a half (print them standing on the wider side with supports).

get a sanding paper (i think 120-300 grit should do the best job) and cut a piece about 7x11mm. I used the old paper for the sanding machine.

two zip ties.

Instructions:

Screw your fitting into hot end radiator or extruder

Put the tube in and fix it in place as you normally do

Slide one printed piece onto the fitting from the side

Wrap the sanding paper around the tube (working side to the tube) and move it to the shallow slot on the inside of the part just like on the photo

Slide the second piece and make sure sanding paper is wrapped around the tube properly

Tighten the whole part around with two zip ties until they barely move

Done :)

On the last photo you can see the result. The tube was pulled after about 7 Hours of printing to take this photo. The teeth of the fitting are just small dents on the tube surface, that means, the tube did not move at all.
