Punisher American Flag Minimalist Wallet
Description
This is a remix of just the bottom plate from jason_smith's design. The middle and top plate are include here for completeness but are just copies from jason_smith's design. I simply added the punisher logo in American Flag colors to the bottom plate. Instead, I included 4 separate STL files that I merged in the PrusaSlicer 2.3.0+ for a single print without an MMU. The only difference from the instructions that JoanTabb posted is that I kept Wipe Tower enabled in step 3. I found that when I disabled the wipe tower, there were extra globs of extrusion at the point where the filament changed -- with the wipe tower enabled I found it to be much cleaner between the filament changes (the blobs went to the wipe tower instead). I used a Prusa i3 MK3S+ printer with cheap GST3D PLA filament and I posted the GCODE & 3MF files here that I used. I printed at 0.2mm with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. I found that I couldn't print this from OctoPrint as I didn't have OctoPrint configured for multiple virtual extrusion heads. Instead I printed directly from the SD card on the printer. The order of the filament is as follows: 1. Black 2. White 3. Black 4. White 5. Black 6. White 7. Black 8. Blue 9. Red 10. Black 11. Blue I purchased 6 rubber o-rings of size ID=3/8" and OD=1/2" which holds 11 cards and a reasonable amount of cash. You may need to get larger/smaller o-rings based on your needs.
