Q5 IPS LCD Screen alignment bracket for Game Boy Color (discrete) version
Description
A minimal and easy to use left and right alignment bracket for Q5 IPS LCD screens in original and third party Game Boy Color shells. You will need to trim the shell and remove the standard left side, right side and bottom screen bracket that the shell comes with for a normal screen. You will also need to trim plastic away from near the IR cover and the lower part of the original screen top bracket. This is much the same as any Q5 ips screen install, however this bracket requires you to remove all of the LED hole on the right hand side, the bracket will act as a replacement LED hole instead. This discrete bracket is ideal for clear coloured shells, being near invisible once installed. Tested with Q5 IPS screens from Funnyplaying.
