Yamaha YIS-503 MSX or MSX2 upper case replacement clip
Description
These are the models of the clips to repair the original broken clips on the upper part of the Yamaha YIS-503 MSX or MSX2 computer's case. There is a wide clip and a narrow clip models. Before the repair please mark the position of the old clip so that you install the new one on exactly the same spot, otherwise it will not lock! Then remove the old broken clip as shown on the picture. Make the surface as flat as possible. Then glue the repair clip with instant glue and keep it at least 12 hours pressed against the case. When opening the clip with a flat screwdriver, please limit the movement so that you don't apply too much pressure on the clip - just the necessary one to unlock it. The PLA plastic is not very flexible, so there is a risk of breaking the repaired clip when bending it too much.
