<h2>22-07-21 Remake Update (finnaly)</h2> <p>Fully remake on SolidWorks (RF47 engineering chief).<br />Changes:</p> <ul> <li>Curved Airflow guides for heatsink.</li> <li>Lateral vents have some up guides.</li> <li>Smoother layer Airflow.</li> <li>Thicker part for optimal printing with 0.4 or 0.5 noozle</li> <li>Chamfers and radius for smoother printing and reduce bridging.</li> <li>Better and longers scrw holes.</li> <li>EVERITHING NOW IS PARAMETRIC AND SIMETRIC.</li> <li>Removed layer fan holes.</li> </ul> <p>Bridge test by <strong>@comish</strong></p> <p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/make:956160">https://www.thingiverse.com/make:956160</a></p> <p>Please try to avoid PLA (If you do it i recomend the aluminum foil mod).<br />ABS, PetG, ASA its recommended.<br />PolyCarbonate/ABS mix is optimal.</p> <p>Let me know if you need any change.</p> <p>Enjoy!</p> <h2><span style="text-decoration: line-through;">24-06-21 UPDATE IS COMING!!!</span></h2> <p>We (RF47 and I) are trying to reprint it with PolyCarbonate so we need a nicer part.<br />We re do it from scratch in solidworks to make it fully parametric.<br />Please be patient</p> <ul> <li>Change the cable management part for better printing.</li> <li>Curved the flow guides for less turbulence.</li> <li>Better flow on the layer duct.</li> <li>A little thicker to make it easier to print with 0.4 nozzle without gaps on the original model.</li> <li>Simple layer fan to optimal printing.</li> <li>Smaller (just a little) holes to hold it from the machinne.</li> <li>Longer screws mount.</li> <li>Much more</li> </ul> <h2><br />Remix from MinionD_v3.step - 04-28-2021:</h2> <ul> <li>Easier to print.</li> <li>4024 blower fan mount (with or without screws).</li> <li>Less space betwenn in-air / heat sink.</li> <li>Bigger air vent</li> <li>Added little rear column.</li> <li>Smoothed piece</li> </ul> <p>I recommend to print it in ABS (PLA will bend if you print any hotter material) with maybe a small tree support (on cura the sweet spot was like 80°).</p>
