ZD Racing 9116 1/8 Front Bumper
Description
ZD Racing 9116 1/8 Front Bumper Searched for an strong and easy to print Bumper for my ZD Racing Truggy. Some can be found, but none suite my needs. So i build one from scratch on my own... This is a work in progress, its functional but the Design needs to be overworked a little, if i had time for that. See changelog at the end Screws: -Chassis Mount: 1 x M3 16mm Cylindric Head -Chassis Mount Lock: 1 x M3 12mm Cylindric Head -Bumper Mount: 2 x M3 (25mm and up) Cylindric Head -Bumper Mount: 2 x M3 (16mm and up) Cylindric Head -Bumper L & R: 2 x M3 (8mm and up) Cylindric Head -Bumper Pipes: Used little selftapping screws (M2.3 x 10) to fix the Pipes & Headlights Important: V1 and V2 are not compatible Changelog V1 -> V2: -Bumper_X: Small geometry changes -Bumper_X: Added 2 holes for mounting headlights with possibility for tilting lights -Bumper_Mount: Added _Small and _Big mount -Bumper_Mount_X: Small geometry changes -Headlights: Added _Sockets and _Cover For Headlights i used four white 5mm LED's with 2.7V, 18-20mAh. My Absima ESC puts 6V 3000mAh out, so take a look at the electric plan in the pictures. In this case the total consumption takes about 37mAh at 0.22W. I printed the mounts and plates in 0.3, all other in 0.2, all except the chassis mount with 30% infill and 6 walls. The smallest things like Headlights in 0.2 with very slow speed
