E3D Chimera+ mount with hybrid drive module [Anet A8]
Description
This remix of [my earlier E3D Chimera+ mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4182256) adds a module that allows you to turn one of the two extruders into a direct drive, while keeping the other as a Bowden. The module can be attached or removed in just a few minutes, allowing you to switch to hybrid mode and back without having to heavily modify your printer. The assembly procedure of the main mount is identical to the earlier version. For the hybrid attachment, you will need four M3 nuts and screws (20 mm will do). The extruder is assembled directly onto the hybrid attachment, and feeds into the hotend below it through a straight Bowden tube of around 118 mm. Just slide the module over the "ears" on the mount, and insert the 4 screws. This version is designed for the BIGTREETECH Titan extruder. Because the filament is still passed through a short Bowden tube, the module will most likely still work with a genuine E3D Titan or a similar extruder, but this may put the tube at an angle and/or require a longer/shorter tube. Adjusting the offsets in the .scad file for specific extruders is left as an exercise to the reader. **N.B. you still need the Bowden version of the Titan extruder, *not* the direct drive!** If you are using a separate extruder (as opposed to mounting the entire hybrid module to the frame for Bowden mode), make sure to disengage the extruder stepper before switching (the cable may spark if you don't!), and don't forget to adjust your E-steps.
