Description
Short filament path replacement extruder for the Jubilee Tool Changing 3D printer. https://jubilee3d.com/index.php?title=Main_Page The filament path has been reduced by 17mm and I have included a cut guide to get the PTFE tube tight to the pinion gears. Part count has been reduced, specifically heat set inserts and screws. 40mm x3 screws are required to mount the motor, if you have 45mm screws just adjust the appropriate faces in the .stp file. 35mm x2 screws that came with your bondtech extruder are used to secure the bottom of the extruder to the tool plate The fan shroud is for 5015 blower fans and is secured and sealed to the fan with aluminum tape Fan Shroud is a remix of a remix, original design credit goes to: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4783472 This is a "Drop In" replacement. Critical components have not been moved. I'm including some pictures to help with assembly, but will add type if requested.
