Toilet Seat Retaining Clip
Description
A replacement retaining clip for a toilet seat that broke at my house about 4 months ago and just replaced thanks to a printer I received from my father-in-law. It is very similar to the original clip, but works perfectly for my application. Furthermore, there is a lid that goes over the hinge so no one will ever know a 3D printed part is securing them to the porcelain throne (until you gloat to your guests that is). The reason I created this is because I could not find this part anywhere - hardware stores, Thingiverse, or anywhere online. Yes, I could have upgraded the toilet seat to a standardized hinge/bolt configuration but I took this as an opportunity to learn how to design, print, and test a design on my own. Feel free to re-make it and tweak it to your own needs.
