Armsoar Fury through calibration gauges
Description
A set of four gauges for setting up all control surfaces of the Fury F5K glider from Armsoar. All scales are in milimeters and measure the travel of exactly the trailing edge of the control surfaces. For the rudder and elevator the middle position has to be set eyeballing and then use the gauges for throughs setup. You can paint the numbers and milimeter marks or print them in another color. **Warning**: before calibrating any surface specifically the ailerons make sure the gauge do not interfere, touch or bind throughout the whole movement range. Use masking or electrician tape for holding the gauges to avoid damaging the coating on removal. **Parts list:** - Left and Right wings: gauges are simply inserted on the root trailing edge. You can calibrate throughs and movement sinchronization of both ailerons. - Elevator: leave 3mm separation from the elevators trailing edge and tape the gauge to the vertical stabilizer. Left side gauge is the better placement because on the right runs the control wire but if for some reason you want to use the right side gauge its in the set. - Rudder: leave 3mm separation from the trailing edge and tape the gauge to the vertical stabilizer. Due to tolerances the middle rudder position might not fall exactly on the 0mm position thus measure the through with the given offset. filament type: whichever layer height: 0.2mm layer thickness: 0.42mm walls/top/bottom: 2 layers (will become solid) infill: doesn't matter color change: at layer 6 For Gauge_Color_Rudder.stl color changes are at layers: 1 black 6 white 8 yellow 9 red 11 black Enjoy the Fury!!!
