Artillery Sidewinder X1/Genius 5015 vent with raised BLTouch mount

The [duct I remixed this from](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4549664) had some issues. The STL wasn't manifold, and the hole for mounting the Waggster BLTouch mount was both too low and too wide to fit an M3 screw. This should address both of those issues. The model still isn't technically manifold, but I cleaned it up some using the [NetFabb Online Repair Tool](https://service.netfabb.com/), and I put a 2.8mm hole on the body, raised up 3-4mm from the original position. This was a *very* lazy conversion: I just loaded it up into TinkerCAD and added the hole and additional space for the hole. I don't really plan on updating this model unless I personally need something changed, so if it doesn't suit your needs, feel free to remix my design. I published it as Creative Commons Share-Alike since it isn't based on my original work, and I'd like any additional changes to be shared accordingly. EDIT: some printers might still not make the hole sized appropriately for an M3 screw. An M4 screw *definitely* works-- I have included a modified version of the Waggster mount, adjusted so that it accepts an M4 screw. This should make everything work great.
