A6M "Zero" Hybrid Design
Description
This is the third design of my hybrid series. starting from blueprints I decided to 3d model the fuselage for 3D printing purposes. The idea is to reduce the number of sections and lower the thickness to 0.8 to save weight. each part should be printed Vertically, make sure to orient the model in order to have the 45° chamfers properly placed to avoid any support. each part should be finished by deburring it. each hole must be re-drilled to the right dimension: 2mm for toothpick connection 3mm for barbecue sticks connection (motor & wings only) I then glue everything together using cyanoacrylate Aileron & rudder are made of 6mm cardboard and hot glued to the tail (shape the cardboard using the masks) Wings are held in place by a bracket which is hot glued to them (only on this model due to lack of stiffness) Canopy has slots to glue magnetic pads (5mm diam) and can be held in place using magnet on.y please refer to [Bf109 post](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4855727) for general instructions on how to assembly & print the model. Model should be completed by adding 4 micro servos (and relative links), a 2207 motor and a 850mAh 3S lipo battery.
