Volcano upgrade for Prusa MK3s+
Description
This modification to Prusa MK3S+ extruder body allows the use of the volcano upgrade from E3D, the extruder assembly is raised 8.5mm and will not require firmware changes. The wiring channel is enlarged for the use of silicon wires and a second channel has been added for other fan options.
