Racing Vehicle car MODULAR (Brick compatible)
Description
This is an modular racing vehicle - compatible with the famous mini-figures from Denmark. It's an easy print wiothout any support. What is the modular part? You can use the chassis and the wheels for my other bodyworks as well. There is at least one more car on Thingiverse. So you'll just have to print the other bodywork and the "nut" and you're ready to go. How does it work? The bodywork of every car has a screw on its back and a little edge on the front This model has an exhaust as a nut. Losen the exhaust, then you can lift the bodyworks back and pull the edge out of the recess. The wheels are fully functional. They don't have a thread inside. If your wheels will come off, you can use a little piece of filament to fixate them. There is a hole with 1.85mm on each axle - that will hold your filament-piece (1.75mm) tightly. What's about the tyres? The tyres are sealing rings. The rings should have an inner diameter of 14 to 17 mm. You'll need 10 of them - 2 for each wheel (8) and 2 for the spare wheel. I printed all parts with 0.2mm layerheight except of the wheels (0.1mm). But 0.2mm for the wheels should also work fine. An Infill of 15 % and 2 perimeters should be enough.
