Moiré - Interference wheel

I had this idea while watching this video: https://youtu.be/zIAT1Z8z-24?t=98 The effect is very interesting and I though it would be easy to reproduce using OpenSCAD. The frame (aka "box") is optional. [2021-05-31] Doubled the clearance of the frame (aka box) to facilitate movement of the wheel, increased threads clearance.
