Suzuki King Quad Choke Nut
Description
I designed this choke nut (called a "guide holder" by the Suzuki Parts Diagram) for my 1999 Suzuki King Quad 300, model X. There are differences between the model X and model Y variants for the 1999 and 2000 model years, so if you try this, your mileage may literally vary as the choke plunger may not be held in the right position and the rubber collar on the choke cable elbow may not seat properly on a different model and/or year. This should correspond to part number 13418-43410 on Suzuki parts diagrams. I had ordered a new one, but it would not be available for over a week and I had weeds that needed spraying, and I have a 3d Printer and Fusion 360, so I made my own. This was the version 9 of my design and I finally got it right. I printed it in PETG, make sure to use enough heat to seal the layers to each other without sagging or else it will suck air between the layers and mess up the fuel/air mixture. I suppose you could paint it to seal it as well.
