Headphone Earpiece mod AKG K240 Studio
Description
I designed these to allow me to upgrade my AKG K240 Studio from 30mm drivers to 50mm drivers. They are not perfect, but they get the job done. The pivot rings are one half of the final ring. I print 4 of them and super glue two halves together, so there is one for each side. I also super glue the large ring onto the large ear pieces. Printing: .2mm layer height Pivot Ring - 3 walls, .5mm line width, no support Headphone cup bottom ring - 3 walls, .5mm line width, 20% infill, with support, raft may be needed for adhesion Headphone cup top - 2 walls, .5mm line width, 20% infill, no support
