Space for Emergency tools in the Bike Handlebar

Emergency compartment for tools and small parts in the handlebars, also for small 3D printers. After buying the Blaupunkt Fiene/Fiete 500 pedelec, I started thinking about where to permanently attach emergency tools without having to carry a small bag every time or leaving it behind on the bike. Preferably "invisible", which you can fall back on if there is really an emergency. After changing the "rubber" grips for leather grips, I noticed that the new grips have simple plastic plugs as ends, which can be removed without tools in an emergency, but still hold very well. So I constructed a kind of trough that fits exactly into the handlebar tube with the diameter of 17mm and where you can store small parts (valves, chain links, screws, screwdrivers and shortened Allen keys) inside. So that nothing rattles, a handkerchief is placed between them as a filling material. When you slide the whole thing into the handlebar and attach the end cap, you won't notice that this emergency kit is in the handlebar. The whole thing is printed in PLA. If you use other grips than the ones I used, you either have to adapt the holder or print the end caps yourself (but then in PETG or very stable TPU). Nach Kauf des Blaupunkt Fiene/Fiete 500 Pedelecs kam auch die Überlegung auf wo man Notfall Werkzeug dauerhaft befestigen kann ohne das man jedesmal eine kleine Tasche mitschleppen muss oder am Fahrrad zurücklässt. Am besten "Unsichtbar" auf welches man zurück greifen kann wenn wirklich mal ein Notfall ist. Nach dem wechseln der "Gummi" Griffe gegen Ledergriffe ist mir aufgefallen das die neuen Griffe simple Plastik Stopfen als Enden haben, die man im Notfall auch ohne Werkzeug demontieren kann, aber trotzdem sehr gut halten. Also habe ich eine Art Mulde konstruiert die genau in das Lenkerrohr mit dem Durchmesser von 17mm rein passt und wo man Kleinteile (Ventile, Kettenglieder, Schrauben, Schraubendreher und gekürzte Imbus Schlüssel) drinnen einlagern kann. Damit nichts klappert kommt da noch ein Taschentuch als Füllmaterial dazwischen. Wenn man das ganze in den Lenker einschiebt und die Endkappe befestigt merkt man nichts mehr davon das dieses Notfall Sortiment im Lenker ist. Gedruckt ist das ganze in PLA. Wer andere Griffe nimmt als die ich verwendet habe muss entweder die Halterung anpassen oder selber Endkappen drucken (Dann aber in PETG oder sehr stabiles TPU).
