JMC Servo Easy Terminal PCB and Housing

JMC Servo Easy Terminal PCB and Housing

Description

This Thing makes it easy to connect your integrated Servo Motor vom JMC to the SimpleBOB from EdingCNC WARNING!! THIS RJ45 IS NOT ETHERNET!! NEVER CONNECT IT TO A SWITCH, PC OR OTHER !!!! This Thing was tested with a JMC Servo iHSV57 and the EdingCNC 720 with a SimpleBOB. Here the links for that stuff: JMC Servo 180 Watts: https://www.sorotec.de/shop/JMC-Servo-Motor-mit-integriertem-Servotreiber-180-Watt---36-Volt---3000-1-min.html EdingCNC 720: https://www.sorotec.de/shop/EDING-CNC-Controller-720.html SimpleBOB for Eding 720: https://www.sorotec.de/shop/Simple-BOB-CNC720-Interface---Breakout-Board.html Here you can download the PCB file, you can open it in EasyEDA and then order the pcb's directly from JLCPCB: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8u2h86zl7rwvp4s/PCB_JMC%20Platine_2021-05-30.json?dl=0 What you also need: Rj45 socket: https://www.reichelt.de/modular-einbaubuchse-8-8-geschirmt-mebp-8-8g-p24975.html?&nbc=1 D-Sub 9 socket: https://www.reichelt.de/d-sub-buchse-9-polig-gewinkelt-rm-7-2-d-sub-bu-09us-p6954.html?&nbc=1 Pin Headers (long): https://www.reichelt.de/stapelleiste-50-polig-einreihig-hoehe-38mm-stapelleiste-50-p248601.html?&nbc=1 (They need to be shorten, didn't find better ones) (Links to the german reichelt) In my case there is also a Powercon connector on the housing, it is used to power the servo with 45V DC. Here a link to the powercon kit: https://www.amazon.de/MASUNN-Neutrik-Powercon-Nac3Fca-Nac3Mpa-1/dp/B07T67WYG2/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&dchild=1&keywords=powercon&qid=1622376644&sr=8-5 but you could also use a XLR connector (they have the same foodprint). There is also a documentation file included with all the details about that thing but in german.
