Traeger Smoker P-Setting Button Pusher

Traeger Smoker P-Setting Button Pusher

Description

Earlier models of Traeger smoker grills had a recessed button to change the "p-setting" which regulates the interval time for the pellet auger in the "smoke" mode. The "p-setting" is supposed to be a way to tune the smoker so that it functions well in different climates, which I guess assumes the "climate" in any given area is constant around the clock, and year round. Add other variables like weather, different types of wood pellets, or the use of an insulator blanket on the smoker, and the "climate" may vary widely every time you use the "smoke" mode. So, for me, the "p-setting" is something I fiddle with all the time, and it is REALLY annoying that I have to find a q-tip or a sucker stick to reach the button. It's even more annoying at night, trying to find the opening (dark hole) against the panel which is painted black. This thing attaches over the top right corner of the control panel to permanently hold an M3x16 stainless flathead screw and an M3 nut in place as the button pusher. Since I went to the trouble of figuring out how to attach it without modifying the Traeger control panel, and I suspect there is probably someone else out there who is equally annoyed by Traeger's design choice, I thought I'd take a few photos and throw this out there for someone else to use if they want.
