Stray coffee ground catcher for Baratza Encore grinder
Description
Like most coffee grinders, the Baratza Encore spews stray coffee grounds around your counter. To combat this, first get a small spray bottle and *lightly* spritz your whole beans just before you grind them. Just the slightest bit of moisture seems to knock-out the static that causes grounds to fly all over the place. To catch the few grounds that still go astray, print this tray that sits under your Encore. Designed with 2.4mm walls, so I suggest printing with minimum 3 perimeters @ 0.8mm width. I added 6 little rubber stick-on feet to the bottom in order to lift this off the counter by a few millimeters and give it some grip. Be sure to align four of the feet with the location there the Encore's feet will be landing so that the weight of the grinder passes straight through.
