straight bevel gear Pinion Module: 2, Number of teeth: 15, pressure angle: 20, face width: 14, Hub diameter: 25.3, mounting distance: 60, nominal shaft diameter: 15 Stright Module: 2, Number of teeth: 45, pressure angle: 20, face width: 14, Hub diameter: 40, mounting distance: 40, nominal shaft diameter: 25 I used standard to design those gears Ratio 1:3 Printing: I used PLA to print Mine but you can pick whatever you want !! layer height used 0.2mm is more than enough for the straight but u can go smaller for the pinion (the small one) as 0.12mm. Infill used 15% for the straight and with support, but you will notice in 1st layer above support a-holes that will disappear buy the second layer printed above it. use Z distance on support to 0mm to get the layer in the same line. speed used is the default one 60mm. for pinion (the smaller ) go with layer height 0.12mm, and with 15 % or more, for infill, don't forget to rotate them make the teeth to the top side.
