Description
It's a big quad industrial mech! The Drillermech is a BIG mech (for 6mm anyway), intended to operate as an all terrain mobile drilling platform, able to sink a well just about anywhere you might need it to go. The model is a little bit elaborate. The default parts are divided to make printing less of a headache. The original .3mf file is included in case you feel the need to split it up further. (Microsoft 3D builder is a decent part splitter and is free). This mech is modeled from real drilling platforms, with pipe handling arms, a rather large top drive, iron roughneck, and so forth. The big cylinder in the back is the pipe rack, intended to be reloaded from the back or just swapped for another full cylinder. Just remember - don't shoot the active drilling rig, you have no idea what it's sitting on! Also included is a 'waterline' model for those rigs deployed in shallow water areas.
