Zebra mini mechanical pencil magnetic case
Description
A magnetic case for the Zebra mini mechanical pencil. Requires two 8mm diameter coin shaped magnets with a thickness of 2mm. I use the "brute strength" brand magnets. The slots are where they are because these are the only locations on the Zebra mini that contain enough ferromagnetic material (probably steel) to make it stick in the case. Printing: You need to pause the printer at the height right before the holes are partially covered by the walls of the cavity that holds the pencil. You then need to press the magnets in. If they are loose in there you are better off re-slicing the model and compensate for too big holes. The reason that they need to basically be press fit and then stuck is that 3D printers are made of metal and your printerhead will pull that bastard right outta there if it is not stuck. Alternatively you can use glue. After the magnets are firmly stuck continue the print and you're done!
