TILT MONITOR for shipping FLIP MONITOR
Description
This is DIY version of rough handling (FLIP & TILT) indicator. It shall display the angle of tilt the package experienced during shipment. Inspired by commercial products. For own educational purposes. You need a piece of plastic transparent plexi (approx 1 mm thick), yellow and red paper sheet as the background. I have used transparent document cover (foil) between paper and the "maze" to reduce the friction. Letters were made white by filling the gaps with acrylic filler. Yellow paper is placed under angle indicators , the red paper is under flip indicator (just red circle). The indicating element can be a disc/puck or a small metall ball (non magnetic is probably better idea). I have printed from PLA. Slicer is Prusa Slicer (0,2mm layer Model is big, for printing I scale it down to approx 40% (X &Y). Depend upon your preferences regarding indicating element (ball or disc/puck) - you can scale down or not Y axis too. I'd be glad if it would be usefull for You :)
