Raspberry Pi Camera Cover and Mount - UC-346 / OV5647
Description
Camera case for Raspberry Pi Camera labelled UC-346 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Front and back pieces should fit together snugly and remain in place with/without glue. Front cover is .5mm thick so that the LED light on the camera is visible through the print. May require some deburring depending on print settings. **** Camera Case Mount ------------------------------ The mount requires the following hardware to function as designed - 2x #4-40 nuts - 1x #4-40, 1 1/4" Pan head phillips machine screw - 2x #10, 10mm Pan head phillips machine screw - 2x #10 T-slot nuts I had the T-slot nuts and screws laying around but you can use any combination screw/t-nut that fits in the bed rail and has a head measuring between ~5.2mm and 8.7mm in width, and shaft measuring <=4.7mm in width. A screw longer than 10mm will most likely bottom out in the groove. **** **Assembling the Mount** 1. Once you have printed the "Wing Nut," "Camera Mount 1," and "Camera Mount 2" files, take the 1 1/4" screw and thread one #4-40 nut on to it till it touches the head of the screw. 2. Fit the two camera mount pieces together so that the hexagonal hole on the smaller piece is opposite the protruding hole on the larger piece. 3. Slide the screw and nut through both pieces so that once all the way through, the nut fits inside the hexagonal hole. 4. Take your second #4-40 nut and press fit it into the "wing nut" piece, then thread this on the screw. 5. Using double sided tape or CA glue, affix your camera on the smaller piece. To install the mount on the Sermoon D1, you must remove any screws blocking the path of the t-slot nut. I installed this mount on the rear left side of the bed.
