15mm 9mm slot roller bearing
Description
This is a bearing to fit a 9mm plywood on. I am using it for my plywood drawer system. I used 1mm diameter shafts from nails for my rollers. You can use any 1mm diameter shaft as the rollers. Bearing consists of 4 printed parts. To assemble: Glue the one cover piece onto the outer ring with the cylindrical protrusions fitting in the covers holes. Insert the inner ring and rollers into the outer ring. Glue the second cover on the outer ring as in the firsts one. The bearing has a 6mm diameter shaft space and a 15mm outer diameter. The side covers has a diameter of 22mm. Use lubricating oil to ensure smooth working and minimal wear of the bearing. I packed mine with bearing grease during assembly.
