Description
MirageC's ZR 2.5 for the HevORT Remix This is designed to accept 50mm longer ball screw than the HevORT ZR 2.5 will call for. It can be mounted higher if using original length ball screws, but if you want to add 50mm Z height to your HevORT this can do that as well as 2:1 reduction for more holding torque of the bed. This is my remixed take on a closed loop belt reduction for the Z Axis on the HevORT - can be needed for beds 450mm and bigger if using heavy 8mm aluminum plate and/or heavy print surface. This needs: 3 EA - 154 mm (77 tooth) 2GT closed loop belt 3 EA - 40 tooth pulley with 5mm bore 3 EA - Roland Coupler (as seen in standard HevORT Z 2.5) 3 EA - 5200-2RS double row angular contact bearing (as seen in standard HevORT Z 2.5) 3 EA - Coupler (as seen in standard HevORT Z 2.5) 3 EA - 5mm shaft pins 3 EA - 20 tooth pulley for the motor shaft (5mm) (as seen in standard HevORT Z 2.5) 9 EA - 625RS 5mm bore x 16mm OD x 5mm wide bearings Misc bolts nuts and all the Original ZR 2.5 additional items
