The idea of this press came from being elderly and living on my own and not being able to buy one of item as and when I required it. This press will be a great addition to your kitchen as you can press viarious types of food in to a round shape and with the benifit of interchangeable bases resulting in various thickness of burgers, another benifit is that all the bases fit inside of the press for storage when not in use. Tip! I suggest you line the press with Cling Film to stop sticking to the sides and makes it easy to wrap ready for freezing if required.
