Assembly: The tolerances between the two parts are pretty small. If your printing process tends to overextrude perimeters, it helps to put the desk mount (bt02) in a freezer for half an hour. Assemble the two parts when bt02 is still cold - this should help. This way deassembling will be very hard, so keep that in mind.
