It should fit perfectly with no post processing required, and only needs four screws to hold it all together. It features a space for the 9 volt battery which holds it via friction, and openings for the screen, button, and tester input. The front of the case covers up the SMD transistor test pads on the PCB so you may want to edit the 3D file if you want access to that.
