E3Dv6 Bowden Clamp w/ 30mm Fan + BLTouch + Accessory Holder
Description
This is a remix of xSiNx's integrated fan mount (30mm version), which is a remix of Tech2C's clamp for the E3D V6 Bowden X-carriage Mount v2. I wanted my BLTouch mounted front-and-centre, so the X offset is 0 (or very, very close to it). I tried two other BLTouch mounts, and I wasn't happy with either, so I made this. I believe there is enough clearance for air flow (see photo - edit: latest design has an additional 1mm clearance), but you can get ~2mm extra clearance by rotating the sensor so the cable and plug are toward the outside, but at this time I believe it's not necessary. I also put an accessory holder on the right side of the clamp. It easily clears the blower duct I use, and it can be used for other purposes - such as a quick mount for the ADXL345 accelerometer (used for Klipper's input shaping calibration. The v5 STL adds these changes: * BLTouch mount is slightly closer to the build plate now * BLTouch mount is slightly further away from the fan (for peace of mind) * BLTouch screw slots are correct dimensions, now * BLTouch mount braces are slightly narrower (a little more room for screws)
