BMG extruder Direct Drive for Eryone Thinker S and SE
Description
Simple Direct drive mod for eryone tinker S and SE. Keep your stepper motor or swap the X and E motor since X is smaller. Work with both Bl-Touch and non bl-touch version, keep your stock carriage. it's only 1mm thick so it work with the bolt you received with the bmg extruder, i printed it in petg and it hold firm when the bowden tube is secured in place. Parts needed; Stepper motor cable extension 400mm. BMG extruder or clone Assembly; Assemble it like the picture i uploaded, use the bowden tube from the extra kit eryone sent with your printer, cut it to the right lenght and assemble it in the hotend first then cut the tube and mount the bmg extruder on top and screw it in place, once assembled add the motor. You need to enter the new e-step value, i suggest you to do the e-step calibration but here's mine; 409, watch on youtube e-step calibration it takes only 5min and it's easy. *Tinker SE, you need to drill 1 more hole for the fan since the SE model use only 2 bolt in diagonal, the S model use 4 bolt so it fits without drilling, use your fan as guide.
