Satsana Fan Grill / Cover / Protector

Cover and protect your fan installed in this <strong>awesome <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4369859">Satsana fan duct</a></strong>. <strong>Friction fit fan cover (no extra screws needed!)</strong> designed to protect the hot end fan for the Satsana fan duct for Ender 3. It took me a couple of iterations to eliminate amplified fan noise when grills are too close to the fan. <strong>You may have to adjust X scale by a bit </strong>to allow tolerance depending on how well calibrated your printer is. Or you can heat (with a match, lighter or soldering iron, etc...) the side walls and pinch it a little while the plastic is still flexible. Printing time took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes with Cura settings below. Printing: Printed without support. Tried and tested on PLA. Layer height - 0.2mm Infill - 10% Wall - 0.4, 2 layers Print speed - 50mm/s
