TronXY X5SA Pro Direct Drive Motor Mount - Improved
Description
This is a part I designed to be part of a direct drive conversion I performed on my X5SA Pro a while back. Originally, I'd downloaded and printed a much simpler version for the motor mount, but that one just wasn't stable enough to really do the job. It worked, but the results were less than stellar. Please note, this is not a remix. I designed this from scratch based on lessons learned. So back to the drawing board. This version uses matches four of the mounting holes on the extruder carriage for greater stability. The holes for mounting the extruder carriage are undersized, to allow the original TronXY bolts to thread into the plastic. I included all 6, but I've found that just using the two bolt holes in the center work well enough. I used 3MM machine screws to mount the bracket to the extruder carriage.
