If you're clumsy like my wife, this could come in handy. You will have to dismount one of the sides to slide it on (the one side that does not have a battery) Ikea doesnt seem to offer replacement parts of this kind which imo is wierd when it costs so much to begin with. Hope it will help you! No supports, no raft. Orient it on the side for best strenght
