#Hero Yourself This is an adaptation of my original dual blower duct design to fit the ED3 V6 and Bontech BMG extruder. This attaches to the SV01 plate using two adapters and M3 screws. The fan duct then screws into the adapters using 2 more M3 screws. There are two designs available. Both utilize dual 50mm x 15mm blower fans for part cooling, and a 40mm standard case fan for heatsink cooling. One version has a bracket for a BL Touch sensor, and the other does not. There is an included spacer file to lower the BL touch sensor to your satisfaction. The spacer is 1mm thick. Either print multiple as needed, or scale the file on the Z axis to make it as thick as you need it to be. UPDATE: I have added revision 2 files labeled "r2" for the fan shroud, based upon feedback by the person this was designed for. These revision 2 files lower the blower fan mounts/vents by about 1.5mm as well as add a notch to the heatsink duct to accommodate the heater block's silicone sock. ### Printing Details To print this, look at the Cura pics I have attached. Print it with the fan ducts upward, using supports. You will need to place support blockers at the blower openings unless you like digging them out of tight spaces. It should print fine without those supports. I have been printing at 20% infill to save weight. It's rather bulky, with two fans, so the more weight savings the better probably.
