WL Toys 144001 124018 124019 Steering Arm upgrade
Description
This is the .STL file for the steering arm upgrade featured in the following YouTube videos: John Robinson RC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YXDPfim3w8 BigBeard RC: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRIxihSTdzY&t=1s You will also require the following additional components: Qty 2: MF63ZZ 3x6x2.5mm flanged bearings Qty 2: M2.5 x 8mm countersunk screws. The countersunk element of the screws is important, to ensure that they only touch the inner race of the bearings. Fitting should be fairly self explainatory - the screws should be encapsulated between the 3D printed part and the bearings, by pressing the bearings into the 3D printed part. I would suggest printing this with 100% infill and as small a layer height as possible, 0.12mm or less. Depending on the level of 'squish' from your first layer, you may need to run a scalpel around the inside edge of the recess where the bearing will be pressed in, to ease insertion.
