Dragon/E3D Mount Remix with tensioner

Dragon/E3D Mount Remix with tensioner

Description

This is a quick remix of a good Dragon/E3D V6 mount, and a Sapphire belt tensioner: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4716358 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3965545 I really liked the mount, but alas it didn't have a way to tension the belt, and the belt tensioner design was very nice, but doesn't work together with the mount. To get this to work: in this remix i only added the parts that i altered. So the mount and the back of the mount you need to take from this remix, any other parts you can take from the original mount. All you need from the tensioner is the little sliders for your belt. I had to lower the entire hotend by 4mm to make it all fit, so i also added a 4mm spacer for your bltouch probe. How to assemble it: For the mount itself, it's all pretty similar to the original one, except on the side of the tensioner. The original mount has long bolts there that go from the bltouch mount all the way into nuts that are inserted into the mount. The tensioner sliders are now there, so no room for long nuts. Drill out the holes of the bltouch mount so you can mount it on the metal carriage with the original short screws. For the bltouch itself you'll need a bit longer screws so you can mount it a bit lower using the provided spacer. The tensioner part with the screws that allow you to tension your belt is assembled exactly the same as the original tensioner design. You insert the belt into the sliders, put the sliders into the provided hole, and make sure the nuts for the bolts that will tension your belts are inserted. On the other side it also had a mounting system for the other side of the belts but that's no longer there, on the other side, just attach the belts as they were originally attached to the carriage. When mounting it myself, i first mounted the hotend into the mount (and fastened that together with the screws), then put one side of the belts into the sliders, inserted them into the mount (and the nuts & screws for tightening the belts), then put the mount on the carriage & fastened the mount with screws. And then tightened the belts by hand on the other side, mounting them the regular way, and then used the screws to further tension the belts. This is a bit of an experimental remix, but so far i've printed about 50 hours with this mount, and the results are perfect, the belts are perfectly tensioned, and it prints great now.
